Presentations for Scientists

We design and write presentations that go beyond the Microsoft template and beyond the bullet point to present the story of your research in a memorable format that engages your audience. Additionally, we can work with your presenters to improve their delivery.

• Design and formatting services include providing a customized background and style template, and making all slides consistent in appearance and style to corporate guidelines. Design and formatting services also include creation, importation, and editing of graphic elements from charts and graphs to videos and animations.
• Writing and editing. We can write and edit the slides, or we can meet with authors and assist them to tell the story of their research through pictures and narrative. Our method requires more thought, but fewer slides.
• Presentation coaching and practice sessions. Delivery is even more important than the slides. We work with your presenters to help them with projection, energy, and good speaking practices. Services include private critique and coaching sessions and a dry run to colleagues prior to the conference.
• Project management. We handle all the details of communication and coordination, including providing a calendar, keeping the project on time and within cost, obtaining internal approval and archiving of files.
